This is unlocked. I haven't fully tested the device but it powers on, no one is signed into it. Ignore Item specifics, I don't know the information it was asking for so entered storage capacity and screen size details just so I could list it, since these are mandatory fields. There may faults unknown to me, this is sold as seen. There is a crack in the corner. There aren't any other marks on the surface & other than the crack, it doesn't look too bad. Includes USB Charger which works fine as I've been able to charge it. I'm selling it for someone interested in repairing it whilst I have little information on it's overal performance. Free Postage
