Faulty Apple iPad Air 2 Wi-Fi 9.7" Gold Tablet

Faulty, no touch. Unknown what GB it is as can't Access settings. It's the WiFi model A1566. It has had an attempted screen repair but new screen also had no touch when installed so believe the touch issue is on the motherboard.
