Item is unfortunately defective. My son logged in and installed 3 games all of them crash on start up or loading in ,back to the menu screen I mean Xbox home menu .He have tried multiple troubleshoots, changed screens, reset the xbox again .He cannot get it to run any games at all.Maybe something else not working inside,don’t know sorry.So maybe easy to fix for somebody who knows how.Box have all infils.Unit and box only.No wires or controller.Item for parts only,so no returns,please
