Job lot - Mini PCs - Faulty

For sale I have 4 x mini PCs all of which have faults. Dell OptiPlex 3060 Mini - Power Fault - There is a blown component to the right of the DC Jack - It was working prior to this. I do not have the micro soldering skills to fix this.
