Keyboard keys do not work, sometimes they press keys on their own. I managed to install all windows 11 updates, laptop did freeze once but I think its the keys that did that. The laptop is unusable with the keyboard like this and needs replacing. Screen ok, Battery holds a charge. No power supply included.
