Lenovo Legion 5 15ACH6H AMD Ryzen 7 5800H, RTX3070 - FAULTY #676

When plugged/ or turned on the power button stays white but nothing on the screen. Fans don't spin. I have tried an external screen still no luck. None of the connected parts are tested and anything could be faulty.
