Lenovo Smart Tab M10 with a SIM card slot for LTE support. It powers on, but nothing appears on the screen (when you plug it into a computer, you can see it appeared in devices). It was mid way through an update when it unexpectedly rebooted - and since then it only appears in the Lenovo recovery tool, and fails during the update. The screen stays off all the time. Prior to that, it was running Android 10, and had been reset to factory settings. I think it’s fixable for someone with the right skills.
