Lenovo Tab 10 TB-X103F 10" 2GB 16GB WiFi Android 6.0.1 Tablet *FAULTY*

This is a Lenovo TB-X103F Android tablet, which I received as part of a job lot. I plugged it in and after about 30 mins I got the Lenovo log and this battery screen pictured. It stayed on 1% for the next 15 mins, after which I gave up.
