Microsoft Surface Pro 4 1724 128GB - Faulty - Nothing Comes On Screen

Came in a clearance, when I tried to turn it on. Nothing comes on the screen but the fan can be heard every now and then and it makes a buzzing type sound like a bee stuck in the machine :D Sold strictly for parts Condition as per pictures
