It powers on and from the images it looks for all intensive purposes like it will work. However, it makes a quiet but odd beeping noise on and off near the power source port. The touch screen buttons don’t appear to be working when you press them and it seems as though it’s stuck trying to the volume down on the TV which is why you see the 0 and volume control on the left side of the screen. I have no idea what the issue is but it’s a shame because it’s in pretty good condition overall. Hence why it is being sold For Parts Not Working. I have no controller and perhaps if you had the correct controller and bought a replacement one from someone else. You may be able to get it working.
