2 second BLOD. It’s had extensive trace repair on HDMI and Encoder. I didn’t do this work but I bought it under the impression it was working prior to the HDMI encoder being replaced. I have replaced the Encoder as the soldering was terrible, but it’s still no power. UART says general power failure and all voltages are present so I quit :) All parts included apart from maybe a few missing screws.
