I bought this as a HDMI issue, the dude lied! This is an EDM-033 motherboard that came to me with no power and no light no beep. EBay wouldn’t let me return it so I had a go at fixing it. The PSU works, there’s no 12v short, I realised the previous seller had put an incompatible southbridge on there, it was a 61GG and that’s why it wasn’t powering up. I’ve replaced it with a 69GG and now it works,,, but only when the south ridge is heated up, it will not attempt to boot unless you apply a decent amount of heat to the south ridge. It could be my reballing/soldering but I’ve reballed it twice and the symptoms are the same.
