console powers on will connect to WiFi and can sign into account issue is sometimes when signing in to account or WiFi when you use the keypad the console will crash and reboot same with loading any game will immediately crash showing error ce - 10855 - 1 I've reset console and tried other small troubleshooting steps but cannot fix seem to be internal fault fast shipping
