Toshiba DVR19DT DVD VHS Recorder Combo. FAULTY VCR. The DVD plays ok, but the VCR is faulty. The VCR tries to play and shuts down the player. There are heavy marks and scratches and stains and dents on it. Some small rattling noise inside. No remote control or any other accessories with it. NO RETURN OR REFUND ON THIS.
